Welcome to class!
Today's Tasks:
- TASK 1: Make sure Feeds and Speeds assignment is done and linked to your portoflio
- We found out yesterday that Parts 3 and 4 were missing info and messed up
- You ONLY have to do the Background, Part 1, and Part 2.
- If you have any questions please email me
- TASK 2: 🎥"How It’s Made” Manufacturing Investigation
- Open document in link above, make a copy of the document
- Follow instructions to complete the activity.

Welcome to Class!
Today's Goals:
- Calculate the cutting speed required for aluminum and steel given varied tool diameters.
- Calculate feed rate.
- Explain why a particular spindle speed range is ideal for a given scenario.
Click HERE to open Speeds and Feeds Activity, make a copy, then start with the background info.
- How did the Machines and Processes activity go Monday?
- Did your finish the background information and Part 1 of the Scenario?
- Work to finish as much as you can today.

Welcome To Class!
Please Excuse Mrs. Moore
My daughter had her baby on Saturday night and I am helping her out.
Today I will:
- Identify and define the four primary manufacturing process categories
- Classify machines according to their manufacturing process
- Develop a logical manufacturing process plan using proper engineering terminology
Open the Manufactoring Machines & Process Planning document, make a copy and begin your exploration
Below are resources to help you complete this activity:
